Everything I have been reading talks about making and sticking to a beauty regimen. I have some type of one but it is not strict or followed well. So I have made myself a check list for the different things that I need make sure I do; face, hair, teeth, etc so I can mark it off each day!
And then I have my exercise routine that I have been successful with. Now to master the good diet. They say you have to master one then the other. I have decided to track what I eat so I can see what I am eating and change the bad to good. I am doing this not only for the wedding but for my health. I have always struggled with weight. I am an emotional eater. But I have gained control of my emotions so I am hopeful that my weight will follow!
